Writing Pad Folio

This particular "Writing Pad Folio" is made to fit a Moleskine Cahier notebook. It can be scaled to fit any notebook or writing pad, legal pad that you prefer to carry. This particular folio was made for a customer in California and was commissioned by his girlfriend in Alabama. Lot's of coordination here between the Gulf Coast and the West Coast but I must say it turned out pretty well. The customer wished to have two notebooks with different initials hand-carved into the front right corner of the folio so he could tell them apart at a quick glance. The cover of the folio is made of 3-4oz. vegetable tanned leather dyed a saddle tan. The lining is constructed of .5oz. kip and was left natural to offer a pleasing contrast to the saddle tan cover. The pen/pencil loop is designed to nest at the inside of the folio when closed. A business card slot is on the inside of the back cover and papers/documents can be carried in the slot inside the front cover. All edges are polished and dyed a dark brown. The above piece was developed for the extra large Moleskine Cahier notebook and as such it's dimensions are 8" x 10.75" closed. The leather is a 4-5 oz. vegetable tanned tooling leather with a golden brown dye added. The interior is a calfskin kip treated with leather balm. This notebook features a small flap and snap mechanism to hold it shut as required. The customer requested custom initials carved into the bottom right corner and a large sunflower has been hand carved prominently on the cover. It includes a location for business cards and a pen loop at the top right inside. The exterior finish is Fiebings Atom Wax which is polished to a high gloss. Yet again another fine custom leather product from the benches at Dragonthorn Leatherworks. DH
Im enquiring about the exact same case you made for the cahier notebook with the logo engraved on the front and paper and b.card slots inside. Please let me know how much it would cost to create that same look with my personal logo on the front off course.
