New equipment has arrived!

If you’ve had the time to read through my website you’ll note that I have done most of my sewing in past with a Tippman Boss Saddle Stitcher (see pic). Been a great machine. Its a bit different though as it lays down a stitch everytime you pull the handle. Takes time to stitch belts, guitar straps and etc. but does not use electricity and is very very accurate. This sucker will also punch through up to 3/4″ of leather or just about any other material (including fingers). After using this daily for 11 years I finally bit the bullet and got hold of a Techsew 2700 light/medium “ELECTRIC” Industrial Sewing Machine. Wow! another learning curve (see another pic). So, as you can see I am ramping up my efforts. Leather equipment can be very expensive but if your going to do it right you’ve got to do it with the right tools. With this new machine I plan on expanding my belt and guitar strap line and as well start diving into high end bags and cases. I was always very fond of leather stuff in old movies and feel that they had a certain elegance that is hard to find today. So…., I’ll make them for you (soon as I figure out the little knurled nob thingy on top of the other thingy thats attached to…. well, you get the picture).  DH
