The Shop PCS is a project ordered by a welding shop owner in Georgia that got really tired of buying belt pouches for the items he used daily that kept wearing out. In addition, they were just ugly. The customer needed a belt carry PCS that carried his old Leatherman, a BIC pen that he just loved and a small MagLight. In addition he required a keyclip on the bottom for, well… you know… keys. He also required a matching cellphone case for his current iPhone and one he was looking to upgrade to. We chatted a bit and a further requirement was a leather that was stupid strong. This belt carry PCS is made of horse hide and is dyed a dark walnut brown. The fastening mechanisms are small brass Sam Brown studs. The red bonded nylon thread keeps it all together and adds a very nice decorative “punch” As you can see, to protect the phone, we have added a contrasting red pigskin suede in the cellphone pouch. Base price for this set is $280.00. I guarantee that this gentleman is the best dressed Welder in the market!  DH

Not sure what to call this except “Twins”. In this PCS Twins set, the client wished to have the same (or close) PCS for his high end William Henry Knives, flashlight, lighter, pen and Swiss Army knives. One PCS will be “Office Carry” and one for “Weekend carry”. He will shift out the pen with the lighter depending upon the circumstances. In addition he wished to have a flap covering the Swiss Arny knife as he will be interchanging two different Swiss Army knives depending upon his personal preference for the day (one is thinner than the other). I also carved a “Lannister Lion” on the flap covering the Swiss Army knives. As with all PCS’s, this is made with vegetable tanned leather as it is the easiest to mold with, dyed black and embellished with blue thread. Price for the set? $280.00  DH

This Tactical Flashlight Pocket Case was made specifically for a “HDS Systems EDC Rotary Flashlight”. It is shown with my Surefire E2D Executive Defender as the HDS Light is way out of my budget level. The client wished for a case to either pocket carry or belt carry his HDS as in light of its size, although small, was a bit much bouncing around in his pocket. As the HDS light has a rotating bezel to adjust the light throw, I created two scalloped cutouts at the top of the case for easy light extraction and protection from an inadvertent “on” based on the customers request. The leather is 3-4 oz. vegetable tanned leather for better molding consistency and is dyed deep with Fiebings Walnut Professional Oil Dye. The clip on the back is a high end stainless design similar to that found on William Henry knife sleeves of old. This case can be constructed for any tactical flashlight and can be created in various configurations. Price for this case is $125.00 plus an extra $15 for the stainless steel pocket clip. Come on, you know that you need one…  DH
